For survivors of California’s wildfires, recovery is both a physical and emotional journey. poem RENOVATION has developed a free program to help survivors heal and express themselves through creativity. Suitable for individuals, groups, and classrooms, the program features curated passages and writing prompts that explore themes of strength, hope and renewal.
Participants rearrange pre-selected literary passages on a digital canvas to create something new—a poem, phrase, or word art. There are no rules—just the freedom to create. This hands-on process fosters emotional processing, builds community connections, and inspires hope and renewal. Writing prompts that accompany each post guide deeper reflection.
